LenBAKERPeggy and family would like to thank relatives, friends and ex colleagues for their kind messages, cards, flowers and donations following the loss of Len, a much loved husband, father, and grandad. Thanks to all who attended the funeral service and committal, also to Father Matthew Jones for conducting the services. Special thanks to Jordan and colleagues at Green Willow funeral directors for conducting the services with care compassion and dignity. Grateful thanks to carers from Home Instead, GPs at Crwys Medical Centre, district nurses, Marie Curie nurses and City Hospice for their wonderful care enabling Len to remain at home during his final weeks.
